Natalie Portman is Miss Dior Cherie Muse by Beautynoimcs
First, her eyes appear, intense and seductive.
Then, her allure, light and feline.
Who better than Natalie Portman, the talented and irresistible actress, to embody Christian Dior’s “Cherie”?
The Couturier who in 1947 had dreamed of a witty and elegant Miss Dior, would surely have adored the brilliant career of this accomplished actress.
He who wished to create happiness for women would have understood the sincerity of her multiple commitments to improving life for others.
Impressive in the role of prima ballerina in her last film “Black Swan,” Natalie Portman possesses a uniquely luminous intensity.
The charming Natalie Portman is the muse for Miss Dior Cherie, whose new scent is a declaration of grace and joie de vivre.
She radiates a fresh, sharp beauty as she walks around Paris, filmed in the French New Wave style.
I’m also glad that she is endorsing my favorite perfume – I have blogged about how I love Miss Dior Cherie fragrances on how pleasantly floral it is and how it lingers beautifully in the senses. Read up on my review, and story on how I stumbled in this wonderful fragrance line that I am willing to repurchase over and over, as I consider them my signature scents. The L’Eau variant is actually gardenia-ish, that smells so regal and smells like ballgowns, and dancing, while the pink variant ( Eau de Toilette ) is more of an everlasting garden of flowers and love. I tried them both, and I prefer the pink variant for the lighter days, and the L’Eau variant for more formal events.
Oh, this just might be the smell of love! What do you think? In my next life, I think I want to be a ballerina. Hahaha!

the Dior swan. haha! so pretty it’s illegal!
Oh, who is more fitting to be the face of Dior than the the graceful, classic beauty Natalie Portman? Her impressive role in Black Swan, I think, also earned her this endorsement. A ballerina – what can be more chic, and classic than that? And French, if I may say! Haha! Natalie Portman sure is in the limelight right now – bagging major awards this year, having that beautiful baby bump, and being a woman in love!I’m also glad that she is endorsing my favorite perfume – I have blogged about how I love Miss Dior Cherie fragrances on how pleasantly floral it is and how it lingers beautifully in the senses. Perfume for Women by Valerie
Technically perfumes arent exactly what’s in my make up bag because it would be impossible to keep them inside, but fragrances are an essential part of beauty. I personally believe that not only should you look good, you also have to smell good too. I have quite a stash of women’s perfumes in my cupboard because I’m quite a big fragrance person. Perfumes for women are a dime a dozen, and they come in all sorts of various smells. Although I love to smell good, there’s no one particular brand out of the many perfume brands that I religiously stick to.

I take turns using all my women’s fragrances. Here are my favourite perfumes for women from various perfume brands:
1. Calvin Klein Beauty
2. Ever Bilena Pink Water Tulip
3. The Body Shop Dreams Unlimited
4. Chanel Chance
5. Lanvin Eclat D’arpege
6. Anna Sui Dolly Girl
7. Victoria Secret’s Amber Romance
8. Bvlgari BLV
9. Ralph Lauren Romance

In fact, I am so determined to smell good even on the go. So much so that I always keep a bottle or two of women’s fragrances in my work bag! For a closer peek into what I lug around everyday, you gotta see bagspace.sg for what’s in my bag!

Feeling Guilty?
Newly introduced perfume Gucci Guilty Perfume by Gucci. This is an oriental fragrance for women from the luxe italian lifestyle brand. Contemporary, sexy and dynamic the scent is light and spicy with notes of mandarin, pink pepper, peach, lilac, geranium, amber and patchouli.
Gucci Guilty was inspired from Streisand and TV commercial was directed by Frank Miller, starring by Evan Rachel Wood and Chris Evans. The name "Guilty" is named by Gucci's creative director Frida Giannini who is a big fan of Streisand. She's got this name while she was listening to a Streisand song's Guilty. Beside that another inspiration is a 1976 film "A Star Is Born" starring Streisand and Kris Kristofferson.
The design of the bottle is Gucci's first bottle to feature the interlocking G's and it almost looks like it's hollow from the front while the liquid is more visible from the sides. It's simple and chic. It has a retro, art deco feel. It would just look really pretty on top of the dresser.

Dos and Don'ts about Perfumes
Perfumes have always played an important role in making people presentable. Because of perfume, we can make people feel good and improve relationships among us. However, perfume can make other people irritating if we don't choose the right scent. Here are some dos and don'ts about perfumes.
Dos
Perfumes are light and temperature sensitive. Therefore, keep the perfume in dry, dark and low temperature place.
Perfume bottles should be kept clean all the time.
When you are testing perfume, test it on the skin so that you will know how your body chemistry and the scents work together.
Use the perfume and do not just keep it. Scents cannot last very long time. Therefore, use the perfume regularly otherwise it will be wasted.
Don'ts
Do not store the perfume in direct sunlight and even in the bathroom because the water heater can change the temperature.
Do not spray perfume on your clothes. It can stain your clothes.
Do not keep the perfume so long after you open it. The scents can fade away once you opened.
Do not wear the same scent for different occasions. Generally, we can wear strong perfume for night time and light perfume for day time. So that we can leave our memory with our scents.
